I can see how a blog can help in the classroom setting as it gives the availability of keeping the students and parents connected to the classroom. It can allow for students to keep up to date on assignments and upcoming events as well as it can provide another resource for a teacher to keep in contact with their students. But it can also be an effective tool to keep parents informed about their child's projects and create an arena for parents to be involved in their child's education. It also creates another form of direct line communication for a parent and teacher.

For a college student it can be a useful tool to interact and communicate with fellow students, and can help a student to have a way to workshop with fellow students.
